The airway to Britain’s south coast, Brighton City Airport offers the perfect entry point to visit everything from Portsmouth Harbour to the White Cliffs of Dover. Whether you’re flying in to play golf, visit Goodwood, or simply heading to one of this county’s stunning seaside towns, Brighton City Airport offers you instant access to your destination.
Far from London’s crowded airspace, we are easily accessible for flights from Great Britain and Europe. Combine this with our efficiency, speedy turnaround times and our position near the A27 and you can be on the road within minutes of landing.
However, if time is not of the essence then we recommend you relax and enjoy your visit. We boast a wonderful restaurant with beautiful views of the airstrip as well as historically significant listed buildings dated back to before the Second World War. Add to this the informative Airport Museum with its guided tours and you have plenty to see and do here at the UK’s oldest airport.
As well as offering you the chance to fly in and visit our surrounding area with ease we also offer hangar space on both a short and long-term basis. It is actually cheaper for you to leave your aircraft overnight in one of our hangers than it is to park your car in an NCP car park for the same period of time in Brighton City Centre. So if you want to stay in the area for a few days you can relax and leave your aircraft with us.

We can cater for you
We appreciate that older, more fragile planes don’t respond well to tarmac and that’s why we offer both grass and tarmac runways to cater for a wide range of aircraft. There is also a fire crew permanently stationed on site who are able to tend to an emergency within seconds, and we have both AV Gas and Diesel available, allowing you to fill up once you land.
