Indemnity and Out of Hours Scheme Update

It has become necessary to completely revise the old Indemnity and Out of Hours scheme to ensure that our procedures remain safe and efficient. The old scheme has been taken entirely out of service, so if any Shoreham-based operators require to be included in the new scheme, please read the new Terms and Conditions and fill in forms AD101A and AD101B. Once completed, please email these forms to postbox@flybrighton.com and await confirmation that your application has been accepted.

Points to note:

  • Inclusion on previous schemes does not automatically qualify for membership of the new scheme.
  • All applications must be made via email to postbox@flybrighton.com; no hard copy applications will be accepted.
  • The Indemnity scheme is to be utilised only at times notified by Airport Management and is not to be used at times when ATC or AGCS are on rest breaks.

It is intended to utilise the Indemnity scheme on 17 July 2018 due to a temporary staff shortage. Although no ATC/AGCS service will be available, landings will be monitored for accounting and charging purposes.
