FTA, founded in June 2006, is a CAA/EASA approved commercial flight training academy, helping students from all over the world develop the skills, experience and confidence they need to become successful pilots. The fleet flies around 1 million miles a year, accounting for over half the resident movements at Brighton City Airport. FTA is proudly one of the only ATOs to offer courses which conduct all of its integrated flight training in the UK.

The role is based at FTA’s primary base at Brighton City Airport.

Main Responsibilities: Teaching a variety of flight courses, including:
- Integrated Flight Deck Programme phases
- Night Rating
- Private Pilot Licence
- Multi-Engine Piston Rating
- Multi-Engine CPL
- Multi-Engine IR
Requirements: Candidates should hold the minimum of an EASA CPL with current MEP, MEIR and FI and have the authorisation to teach Night, Applied Instrument and Multi-Engine class ratings. They should also be in current flying/teaching practice.
Hours: 5-day shift pattern which includes some weekends.
